Nissan 350Z / Fairlady The Z stood for the top line and Japanese performance in the 70s and 80s, and it has been nicely rekindled with this newest entry into the Z family.

Default Clutch pedal sticking

2016 370Z
Just bought a used 370Z with 59K miles and now the clutch pedal is sticking. I have read a number of posts about still likely being the Concentric Slave Cylinder. I have bled the clutch brake fluid lines and the fluid was almost black.

I have seen the below CSC eliminator on Z1 motorsports. Is this the wise solution rather than replacing the CSC which I've heard is made of plastic and one of the reasons it fails?

Default

I bought a hand vacuum pump at an auto parts store and bled the clutch line of DOT4 brake fluid. It had air in the line and was very dirty. This got rid of the sticky clutch issue. At least temporarily. Will watch for two weeks and see if it returns. Then is may be a Concentric Slave Cylinder issue.
