Just lookin for a little advice. I have the chance to buy a 98 Altima GXE for next to nothin. It was in a rear end accident and the only cost to me would be the cost of fixin it. It's my friends shop so I will pay cost. Basically I will end up payin about $1000 for it. My only concern is that it has over 130,000 miles & even though my mechanic said it's in good shape, I don't want the thing to fall apart in 6 months. I have only driven hondas for the past 10 yrs and I'm not too sure of nissan's reliability. What do u guys think? Is it worth the risk? Thanx in advance

 

Nissan has the same reputation as honda now .... 2.4 nissan motors run forever.
