Default 2004 Altima stalls after starting in cold

is -25 celsius - car was plugged in so it started well ... idles down after a few minutes ... when I tried to put it in gear it stalled ... added gas line antifreeze ... tried idling it in neutral ... still stalls ... after maybe 5 minutes ... when I pressed the accelerator, it started to run rough, and stalled. am wondering if tomorrow might be a better day, or if I have to give up and send it by tow truck to a garage. thanks for your ideas

What do you mean by "plugged in" ? ..... Sounds like the infamous throttlebody or cam/crank sensor problem. Any check engine light ? There is a new recall (ecu reprogram) for all 03-05 altimas.

Hey guys,
I have the same problem with my '05 but sometimes it wont start. I had the fuel pump and filter replaced and still the same problem in winter. Sometimes it wont start on the first crank and then it will and idle really rough.
