2005 Altima clutch
 

My 05 3.5 has 28,00kms(8,00miles) on it. The friction plate is completely burnt out and the clutch is fried. The dealer has said the only way for this to happen is driver error. We aren't rookies with a manual transmission. Our other car is an MR2 and we've had it for ten years without incident. We've also owned several other vehicles with manual trannies from truc cks to a TR6. Anybody else had any similair issues?
