Fog Light Trouble
 

So i ordered a fog light kit to install into my 2004 altima and it came with out instructions. ive got them fitted into the front housings, but i just dont know were to plug all the wires into. if someone could help me out id really appreciate it.

If it is like my 02 is. It should be pre wired to the housing even having the connectors. Is it a factory kit?

i actually bought it off ebay, so the switch is supposed to be installed next to the dash dimmer and it came with its own wires to plug in. do you think that if i bought a new light switch stalk with the fog light controls on it, and used the pre wired plug that it would work? if so any ideas on were i could buy a new stalk?

I bought mine off E-bay too but mine are the factory that comes with the stalk and are a plug and play style. if yours came with just a toggleswitch you'd have to splice into a power wire or run one from insidethe car to the batteryfor the fogs to work. One thing i did in the past if you like the fog lights on anytime you have the headlights on. You can splice directly into you parking light power wire. It's a hassle either way unless you get the factory setup. that one is easy and only takes a few minutes to do. If you plug the lights into the pre wired wires you can probably getjust the stalk with the fog light funcion on it from e-bay or salvage yard.Hope this helps ya.
