I know that this is a standard situation with any car but....I am not car savvy at all so I need help. I have a 2004 Altima and the ignition is locked, the key goes in but will not turn. The steering wheel is locked up too, it will only turn about an inch to the left. I've been told that I need to press the break, use left hand to turn wheel left and use right hand to simultaiously turn key, but nothing is happening. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME?

 

Shake the wheel back and forth while trying to turn the key.
