I recently purchased a used SUV, and it comes with the Nissan 4.0 V6 engine. While the vehicle runs smoothly overall, I’ve noticed occasional rough idling and a slight drop in fuel efficiency.

I’m trying to understand if these issues are common with this engine model or if they indicate maintenance problems I should address immediately.
