Not Starting

2004 Altima won't start. Very wet day; started vehicle around 10:00AM. 2 hours later it doesn't start. Several warning lights on dash now come on when key is switched on. Feels like fuel is not getting to plugs(just a guess). Any ideas?

how do u know fuel not getting to the plugs? does it turn over?
