Oily Boots?
 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just bought a '93 Altima. Runs very good. Car sat for 4 months and turned right over. No smoke from the exhaust. But when I pulled a spark plug boot, it was soaked at the tip? Next I pulled the plug boot at the passenger side and it has a large amount of oil on the tip as well. Is this head gasket? Top of the motor is unusually clean, and lots of new parts. I would guess that there was a mech. under the hood more recently, but no reciept to back that up. In advance; Thank You...
