Replacement Key for 2011 Altima

I need to get a replacement key for the 2011 Altima. The dealerships are trying to charge a ton for one of them. My question is if I buy one online, will a local locksmith be able to program it since it has the keyless ignition?? Or am I forced to go to the dealership?
