Hello everyone I am new to this forum and actually new in forums all together. So here we go. I have a 2013 nissan armada SV with a factory tow package. what I am finding online is that the SV model can tow 6,500 lbs and the SL can tow 9,000lbs. but in my manual it says with the factory tow package it can tow 9,000. I have called multiple nissan dealers and they can not give me a straight answer on what the difference between the two that would give one over the other the ability to tow more. can anyone shed more light on this for me. going to be buying a new travel trailer and want to make sure I buy one with in the specs of the vehicle. is it that the sv can tow 9000 lbs with a factory tow package and 6,500 lbs with and aftermarket one or can it only tow 6,500 no matter what. any help would be greatly appreciated.
