Nissan Juke Gear Problem- help

Hi I’m new to this page and was wondering if anyone could help me out at all my Nissan Juke has started experiencing problems when driving the car doesn’t want to seem to go into third gear if it does the car doesn’t like it and it pops back out to neutral which is causing me to skip gears is only 5 years old and done 63k

has anyone experienced the issue or anyone know what it could be
