Please help me
 

I have a 1995 Nissan Altima, standard 4cyl engine, Automatic tranny, etc.
It sit for about a year with out being started. It has new gas, oil, etc. I have also replaced the plugs, wires, dist cap, coil pack, etc. It is getting gas as I can see and smell the gas on the new plugs, it is getting fire to the plugs(I can see the spark between the gap, it will turn over until the battery goes dead, but will not start or even try to start. Any ideas from anyone would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Email me at funkyjeweler@yahoo.com or post to this thread. I can get it anywhere to get any kind of codes and the like due to where I live and the car will not start.

maybe its the battery or the engine that causes the problem.

Good new battery and the engine starts up when I fill the throttle body with ether. Runs fine as long as I am feeding it ether or alcohol. It has a half a tank of new gas in it also, so it isn't the gas.
