Please someone help or my dad will kill me

so my car player used to close all the way in but suddenly it stopped for no reason.
but that happens only when car is on. so that means when i turn off my car player is closing all the way in normally . sorry for my bad english , you can easily understand what i am saying by watching the video i shot:
