05 Frontier 4X4 problems
 

I have an 05 King Cab Frontier 4X4 V-6 Nismo that I bought new. It has only 17,000 miles on it and have never engaged the 4wd until yesterday. I put it in 4lo, locked the rear diff, started moving forward and the ABS light came on and stayed on. I unlocked the rear diff, then selected 2hi, but it stayed in 4lo. I could not disengage it. While this was happening, the 4wd malfunction indicator lamp was flashing. I then backed up about 200 ft. and then it finally went into 2hi. Is there something sticking that needs lubed up or do I just need to keep using it and it will get better? This is my first electronic 4wd truck as I have had four chevy's with manual hubs and manual transfer cases so I have no idea what is ailing this thing. It is still under warranty, but the dealer is too far away to leave it. Please help!!!Thanks.......Joe
