idle adjustment screw??
 

for the longest time ive been searching on how to adjust my idle,its terrible.i know where its located at theres a black rubber cap in the way and i cant see the bolt to adjust it.does anyone with a 98-04 frontier know how to adjust there idle?i cant get it.thank so much!
