The lease is up on my Frontier and somebody is going to get a sweet ride. It's a 2006 Black SE and the lease is up this month (34,000 miles and spotless). I offered to buy it, but not for $16,000 (the residual). Of course Nissan doesn't negotiate. I asked the dealer what he was going to do with it. He said that he was going to take it to the auction - it's too much for him to sell it off the lot... I wonder what they will eventually sell it for?

Oh well, we bought a new Subaru Forester to replace it. It won't be the same, but it will be better on gas!
