Driving me mad
 

i have a 2020 Nissan HWS, really happy with the car but the infotainment is driving me mad

everything work apart from trying to copy a DVD to a USB memory stick and play it in the car, ive been on several websites that have told me all manner of ways to do it but none work, if i record a video on my phone (mp4) and transfer it to a USB memory stick it works fine, if i rip a DVD movie and convert to mp4 it wont play (can"t find the file).

could someone please help
