Nissan Serena Brakes

I have an N reg Automatic Nissan Serena can anyone tell me why the brake pedal is hard and when you put it in drive car moves with out putting foot on the pedal any help would be most appreciated

I don't have much tech knowledge. I think you can consult the tech guy as he will be the correct person to deal with.
