1996 maxima idle bounce
 

i had a more or less undrivable car. i replaced the mass air flow sensor the knock sensor and cleaned the throttle body. i still had a bit of idle bounce or surge from time to time and a hard start a few times a week with some minor drivabiltiy issues. i put some marvel mystery oil in the gas and it got much much better with all issues gone except for a bit of idle bounce or surge from time to time not often any thoughts thanks

it sounds like u r not geting spark or ur plugs arent gaped right. u also may not have the right plugs in it u wont to use oem or ngk plugs i think urs would be platnum. and u also may have a quoil going out. that should help with the start problem. the other thing u could try if u havent is swich out ur fuel filter. the last thing i can think of is cleen and check that ur battry is charged.it should be around 12.9v if it is fully charged.
