[:@] I have a maxima which has about 165,000 miles on it. It seems to run great but periodically, the check engine light comes on. I have replace the EGR valve already and the latest test run showed the knock sensor wasn't working. This is getting really expensive to fix and I have had the car over 10 years. Is it okay to run with the light on or will this damage the engine.
