2001 GLE MAX Spark Plug Change?

Not to happy with the gas mileage on my 2001 max(about 20mpg) but I am closing to the 90,000 miles, thinking about changing out the spark plugs, I noticed the back-side (3) plugs(fire-wall) do I have to remove air pleum to get to them???

Yes, be sure to replace your plugs with NGK's ... pregapped.
