2002 Maxima Stereo
 

I am wondering what size of sub-woofer is in the 2002 Maxima with Bose upgrade? I think it's an eight inch but not sure and can I upgrade it with an after market to fit in same spot as well as adding an after market amp via a PAC AOEM-NIS2??? Also, is there a way to add an amp to power the door speakers without replacing any of the stock accessories.

I just baught a 2002 maxima se......bose system is not as good quality as i expected....if you have any advice on what to set the audio units to...i will definatly try to adjust it....tell me more about the work ur putting into ur max....

OK i finally put some thump in the trunk 2 12 inch speakers in a very nice unique box....give outs 1100 watts, amp is sony xplode that holds 1200 watts....cost me with all the wiring and installation at best by around $635....guy hook up the bass control to the dashboard option system bumps like a mofo.....ppl in my back seat complaing their head is going crazy.....quality is excellent my entire trunk rattles....lost a little trunk space but so what i dont travel long distance....i went to best buy cause i wanted everything brand new and i have the 1 year warranty....private shop couldve done the same thing for me, but if i ran into a problem and came back they usually act like they dont know you....better to deal with a compnay that a private shop , but at the same time best buy charges tax which added another 70 dollars...had no way out.....feel free to ask any questions or opinion of my hook-up
