2004 Maxima Question

I have a 2004 Maxima SL.I like the bose system in the car butI want a little more bass. I was thinking of adding a powered subwoofer to give me that bass. Is it feasible to add the subwoofer to the existingsystem in the car?

RE: 2004 Maxima Question

My days of rattling kitchenware are over. However I like hip hop and most of the music is bass heavy.Would having a Nissan dealer install it be the best way to gosinceI dont want to compromise my warranty? And is this something you have done?

RE: 2004 Maxima Question

My warranty days are over :( ...and now mostly enjoy the silenced ol max, see http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/17 ...same issues 'worked' on 2k2 maxima.

...ask Nissan (my guess is, they wont do it), but I cant see how properly done installation could affect warranty. The only expertise (=I should now shut up in this issue) is fightin my son who clean-ripped his volvo rear to install two 2½feet oompahs with 3kW boosters. And he could not keep his fingers off the volume buttons... meaning dancin/rotatin glasses in my kitchen.
