2021 Maxima - Warning light on dash
 

2021 Nissan Maxima - As soon as I started driving this morning, a strange thing happened - as I was pressing the gas to accelerate, at about 40 mph, my car suddenly slowed itself down to about 25 mph and the entire dash display flashed a red & white warning that simply said “SETTINGS”. It was almost like I lost power for a second but I know that’s not the case. I also didn’t have my smart cruise control on so it couldn’t have been that, especially since I was the only one on the road at that time. I pulled over and went thru the settings but there were no issues to review.
Later in the day I noticed a slight vibrating when I come to idle (which might be a totally different issue all together). Anyone else ever see this on their dash?
