My wife has a 99 maxima, I just pulled some codes her CEL was on. Code PO400 and PO325. What is it and how do I fix it?

these two codes are referring to malfunctions in the following areas...
P0400 EGR volume control valve
P0325 Knock sensor
both of these can cause issues with a sluggish running engine

thank you, how do i fix it. I am very familiar withmechanical work, but do most work on trucks and diesels. So any input that you have is appreciated!

well if you motor is not knocking then your knock sensor is probably bad you can do a bench test with an ohm meter and a hammer and check to see if the ohms fluxuate while hitting the vise on a bench with the sensor clamped down, the egr i have no idea your going to have to check to see if its operating properly but i never mess with egr i always delete it on all my performance nissans so i cant help you there
