DIY ON ELECTRICAL GROUNDING KIT INSTALL INFO
 

I need to know how to DIY on electrical grouding kit install for 97 Nissan maxima.
Anyone know of where I can find diagrams and or pictures to where the wires go?

First: What is your problem? Theres lots snake oil business around grounding issue, though harmle$$.

Factory installed groundings are enough - if the contact points and contact between metal assemblies are clean. Sadly this is not true in used vehicles... Nissan Factory manual lists these contacts, clean em up!

Generally it doesnt harm to install wires between any engine blocks & axles containing revolving steel (read: magnetized) masses. These always create currents, and may cause component sparking/wear. HiFi mindset ppl would install wires into each metal assembly sharp corner ('electrons gathering point') but nobody can really show any profits. Extra gnd wire -finger thick- between engine and chassis is good to have to ensure starting. That in case of std gnd wire failure, which is typical from 5yr olds. Theres no rules except mechanical: engine moves and the wire(s) should allow free play. Another is necessary between alternator shroud and engine/or/chassis (if/when alt looses contact to gnd, rectifier dieodes will blow). Note that there already is one factory installed - in maximas.
