Rear Disc Caliper 2001 Max

Did change out front disc pads,with no problems on my 2001 Max(pushed-in piston) But rear disc caliper seems to be built different design, could not push back piston on rear caliper to install new pads??? Does it screw in ??? and if so, I did try, but with no results?
