1999 Pathfinder
 

I was wondering how you bring the spare tire down? I just bought a 1999 pathfinder and it did not bring the owners manual.:eek:

You need to open your trunk door first. Right where you put your hand to open the trunk when closed, there is a hole and you have to place one of the tools that comes in the spare tire set. You need to spin the tool in the hole to lower the tire. Hope this helps. I've never actually done this before, it's just what I've hear. Since no one else is replying to your post, I thought I would give you my 2 cents.

Use the long bar that you use to spin the jack. Insert the "T" side first into the hole and then rotate it clockwise.
