2000 Nissan Pathfinder Wiper Issue
 

Replaced front wipers for the old lady and noticed that wiper arms are getting stripped probablt due to her turning on wipers when frozen to glass. Noticed that wipers are not travelling full path of windshield after installation. Does the wiper relay need to be resett and/or adjusted? If so, how wouls this be done. Ifnot, what might the problem be? Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
