2005 Pathfinder windshield washer

N00b here...

I purchased a 2005 Pathfinder in November down in Texas and I drove it back home to Kansas. So far it's been a good vehicle but about 3 weeks ago I poured some winter windshield fluid in the reservoir and for what ever reason it has congealed. Has this ever happened to any one before?
