93 pathy engine locked up. Help with fix?
 

Help!!

1993 pathfinder v6
My son Hydro locked the engine. Engine has 130,000 on it.
I pulled the engine and dismantled.
Everthing looks good except for the bent piston rods??
Some rust on cylinder walls and cam lobes.
Unsure if the crank received damage. After removing all the pistons it seems to turn smoothly. all bearing surfaces seemd clean and normal.

I was considering a long block from RPM. Anyone purchased engines engines from them? good or bad??
or buying an engine from Ebay. They say their from Japan (JDM engines) with 50,000 miles on them? Is that for real or an urban myth??
