98 Pathfinder Temp control problem???

Hi
I have a 98 (03/98) Pathfinder SE with a temp control problem. When I select full cold I get full cold when I turn it to the next detent towards warm it goes to full hot. I have replaced the temp resistor in the heat control panel and no change. The fan/blower operates normally. Im not sure what the next step is?

Its seems some problem in the temperature control system, as u have changed the temperature resistor too it is not helpful, so just go to a shop to get ur problem solved.....

Temp problem

I have changed the temp resistor in the heater controls. The fan speeds operate normally, but I still only have either full cold or full hot. I cannot regulate the temperature in between.

Fixed

I figured it out with help from a very experienced technician at my local Nissan dealer. There is a temp sensor located below the steering colum and to the right, behind a small grill. This had become disconnected. It was a simple 5 minute fix.
