Default Child seats & 2001 Pathfinder?

Hi all -

I'm a newbie here, and I'm a prospective Pathfinder owner. I have found a sweet deal on a 2001 Pathfinder, but I'm wondering if 3 child seats will fit across the back seat -- one booster, one forward-facing, and an infant seat (expecting in December).

I'm upgrading from a '94 Mazda 626 because 1) it's dying a slow, painful death, and 2) we need more room! I don't know much about the Pathfinder other than what I've read at the review sites, so I'd appreciate any other information/advice anyone has to offer.

Thanks,

-- phil --

philroy - we have an '01 Pathfinder, In my opinion, I think you will not be able to get the three seats across. If you did, I think it would be very difficult to fasten the buckle for the booster seat due to the other seats being squeezed in so tightly (not a lot of hip room). I assume the other two seats will be buckled in permanently and you will use the harness to strap the kids in. Of course, you could try it out first. You can get the same 3.5 liter motor in the nissan minivan - good luck.
