loss of power
 

i have an 89 pathfinder SE and had automatic trans i switched it out to a 5 speed and just had the exhaust done but didn't do the manifold and put some rims and tires 2" size taller but 3" widder i think my truck i getting to much air in the motor my truck lags up hills what do i have to do to get power back?
