Need a good home for an 01 Pathfinder

I am getting ready to put my 01 Pathfinder SE on the market. Trying to decide whether to fix the radio/CD beforehand, or sell it as is. Vehicle itself is great, 90k miles on it. Hoping to get $8500 for it-sound reasonable?
