Pathfinder dash fan doesn't work

My dash fan doesn't work. I checked the fuses but nothing came up. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

Mine is not working intermittently. The speddometer, tachometer, petrol and thermometer all cease to operate. But sometimes they all come back on line. This has been occurring for a few months. I have heard of other Nissan cars doing similar. Surly someone out there would know what the fault is.
