Hi All.. i'm due for inspection this week and one of my license plate bulbs is burned out. i try to unscrew these rubber looking phillips screws which hold the cover lens in place, but they just seem to turn and not come out. Can anyone out there tell me the trick to get at the license plate light bulbs for replacement? Many thanks...
