installing aftermarket radio.
 

hello, i have a 2012 nissan quest sl, with dvd player and monitor on top middle , i want to install aftermarket android radio but this system is not regular type, it works with can bus, i would like to know where can i find and adapter so that everything works normal, or what am i suppost to be looking for.
