I have a 17 rogue s with a standard stereo head unit w/o Bose and I want to swap it out w/an oem navigation unit.I realize that the wiring harnesses are different and was wondering if there was any way to make the swap smoothly. EBay has a nice selection of used units and the plugs on them vary quit a bit but the standard head units seem to be all the same.Hope someone can help,thanks
