1.8S Speedo Calibration

1.8S Speedo Calibration
My girlfriend has a 2004 nissan sentra 1.8S and I made the mistake of buying a blue/red/white guage cluster cover that works for a Type R sentra (it covers the original guages and reads like an SE-R but the needles still read true to a 1.8S) The speedo is off by about 10 MPH since it is originally for a TypeR sentra. Is there a way that I can recalibrate this computer to read the right MPH? Also, is there a program to hack the current ECU? I was also thinking about getting a guage cluster or a speed sensor from a type R... Is this stuff compatible?
Help me out ....
