2000 - Parking Brake Repair
 

So my parking brake is too loose to pass inspection on my 2000 Sentra SE. Does anyone know where underneath I can tighten it or do I actually have to take it to get fixed??? I looked and have no idea where it is.

I tightened my handle from inside under the center console.. is that what your talking about?

Ah okay. I'm used to my dad's pick up and it's in the back underneath to tighten it. Thanks.

Okay so I tried tightening the line. It made absolutely no difference. I don't get it because when I pull the brake up far enough it holds firmly. But that's not until 10-11 clicks. Thoughts?
