2003 Nissan Sentra GXE

First I'd like to say hi to everyone. Hi. Looking forward to talking to all of you.
My brother bought a 2003 Sentra GXE this past July. He is in the army and got deployed to Iraq in September so he left it with me.
He bought it at 40K miles. It passed 44K today. I changed the oil once at around 42500 - 43000 miles. Also changed the spark plugs.
Also purchased a 3 year warranty with the car.

I'm 19 years old. I live in Brooklyn, NY and attend Bentley College in Waltham, MA. Yankees fan for life!

If someone can advise me on the following topics, I'd appreciate it.
1) I want to clean my engine before winter. Are there any special products?
2) Thought about getting fog lights installed. Should I buy them from dealer or other seller? Should I have dealer install them or my mechanic?
3) At 80mph the car is a little above 3000RPM. Is this normal or should I be worried?
4) Any other things I should know about the car, feel free to leave me a comment or send me a message.
