2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V Interior Advice
 

I bought my first Nissan a few months back. It has black/yellow leather interior. Unfortunately, I now have to transport my two dogs in the car. I'm considering what options I should take as far as the interior goes. I'm considering the following and would appreciate anyone's advice:

A. Cover back seat when dogs are in the car
B. Remove back seat and door panels (I don't really need a backseat since it's usually only my wife and I in the car)
C. Replace the back seat and door panels with a used cloth set for the dogs

Again, any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
