2022 Nissan Sentra Steering Issues

I have 16500 miles on the car. At around 12000 miles the steering started acting up on straight away on the highway. over 40MPH the steering wheel intermittently has a twitch and pulls. Then the wheel has what feels like a bad spot in the turning of the wheel. I took to dealer and at first the mechanic driving the car felt it. Then I was told that this is not a warranty issue, the way the car handles. I purchased the car new. The steering was fine the first 10 months of ownership. I understand that the entire steering column is controlled by its own computer. If I push the steering wheel in and out (tilt wheel, adjust for height of driver) the problem goes away for a while and comes back. I feel like it could be a loose connection in the column with all the wiring? I drove to work today 45 miles each way and it intermit happened both ways.
Anyone else having any issues?
