Accelorator Cable Sticking

I have a 2002 sentra GXE and the speedometer cable is sticking... does anyone know how to deal with this? i already changed the cable once and its still doing the same thing. Can anyone help ?:D

i'd get some wd40 or something like that and spray it down.
