attaching trailing shoe to parking brake lever
 

To unattach the trailing shoe from the brake lever what should I do?

Is there a c-clip and a washer which attach it?

Do I remove the c-clip with a flat srewdriver and put the new one by squezzing it with a pair of pliers?

yes if i remember right there is a c clip and wave washer that holds everything together. be carefull when spreading the c clip becuase i dont think they give yu a new one in most sets of brake shoes. so you may want to reuse it if its not too bad shape.
