Default A/C leaking

Hello, recently I was driving my car in a hot day and I had my A/C on with no problem, but then I started noticing some smoke coming out of my hood and I thought my car was overheating cause my A/C was not throwing hot air. When I got home I notice that my radiator had enough water and my compressor was just not turning on. Later on during the week I went out and bought some freon from auto zone while I was putting some I finally heard the compressor kick in but the A/C was still not getting cold, the pressure gauage was still low and never seems to go up, after turnin off the car I heard a hissing sound coming from the driver side and I found a leak in one of the metal lines that goes connected to the Liquid Tank(receiver/dryer) Now there are two lines but the one thats leaking is the one closets to the condenser and not the one that goes across the conderser. My question is can this line be change or does the Condenser needs to be chage?

if that line comes seperate from the condensor, then yes you can change only the line.
