Default Charging alternator problem with a 1994 Sentra XE

Hello everyone! I hope someone can help me. I have a 1994 Nissan Sentra XE with the 1.6 engine. I havechanged 5 alternators (im a pro at replacing itnow) at first they charge fine but within a few days to a week the would at the most put out 12.1~12.4 even at @ 3000 rpm. I would tolerate the issue until the summertimearrived &I would forget & use the air conditioner, & then it would completly fail .I figured it was because of a crappy unit even if it was made by BOSCHE soI had a shop custom build me a better alternator with a smaller pulley so it would charge a little higher at idle& bring it from the stock 65 amps to 90 amps which it did produce but within a week it did the same thing. They repaired it &from whatI remember, they said something about the ground side had failed(maybe the rectifier but not sure)I have installed 8 ga ground wires from the battery to... the alt, to the strut tower , & to inside the car. & installed an 8 ga wire with a 70 amp fuse from the battery to the alternator with all connections soldered to assure good connection & left all factory connections as well . & yet it went again. With summertime comming again, I need help bad!!PLEASE!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING... YOUR HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Have a great day..Paul
