clutch problem or tranny????

2001 sentra gxe 5 speed man..
it is hard shifting into second and 4th pedal is sometimes hard to push ????
what could it be ????
i have been easy on it and only have 112000 km on it
royal purple 75 w 90 fluid in tranny since 60 000 km
and now it starts to act funny????
any ideas???

check the clutch cable, it might need to re-adjust it.
